These terms describe use of the Joy Embroidery website and project inquiry service.

Inquiries and orders

The website provides information about our services and a way to request an estimate. Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed order or guarantee pricing, availability or a completion date. Final specifications, pricing, production schedules and other order conditions are agreed separately with Joy.

Information and artwork you submit

Please provide accurate contact and project information and submit only artwork or other material you are authorized to share. Joy may ask for clarification of artwork rights or project requirements before accepting work. Do not upload malicious files, submit unlawful material or interfere with the website.

Ownership

Website text, branding, images and customer-submitted artwork belong to their respective owners. Submitting artwork allows Joy to review it for your requested project; it does not transfer ownership of your artwork.

Website information and external services

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Contact us to confirm details important to your project. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. External websites and file-sharing services have their own terms and policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how website inquiry information is collected, used and retained.

Updates and contact

We will post revised website terms here with an updated effective date. These website terms do not replace separately agreed order terms or limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
